Sauvignon Blanc 2007 – Light straw colour with fruity zest on the nose. Well balanced and clean palate with kiwi and passionfruit at the start and a crisp, dry finish. Good accompaniment for nibbles, antipasto, chicken, fish and spicy asian dishes.

Rosé 2008 – Made from early harvested merlot grapes this wine has a bright, clear colour. Raspberry confection and candy floss aromas on the nose suggest a sweetness which belies its dry finish. The palate delivers fresh flavours of strawberries that linger with a rich and fruity mouthfeel and finishes firm with some zesty cranberry and cherry notes. A wonderful summer wine. Judged top rosé at the 2008 Yarra Valley Wine Show.

Merlot 2006 – A medium bodied wine which has a rich, red colour. Vanilla, cedar and a hint of mint are evident on the nose. The palate experiences dark plums and spice. This wine has a fine tannin and acid structure with potential to age. Suit lamb, veal, pork, game and gourmet sausages. Cellar 5-8 years. May go longer.

Shiraz 2004 – Rich, red colour. Spicy, black pepper on nose. Nicely integrated oak. Blackberry and cassis flavours, good mouthfeel and lingering taste. Well structured with soft tannins. Suits red meat and casseroles. Cellaring potential to 8 years. Awarded 3½ stars in Winestate magazine’s 2006 Yarra Valley Tasting. Low stock levels.
