Sauvignon Blanc 2010 –Bright, lime tinged colour. Aromas of limes and honey dew melon with a hint of lychee. The palate is zesty with citrus and green apple characters. The wine has good palate weight and lingering zesty fruit flavours finishing with just a hint of pineapple. 11.5% alc/vol.

Will match well with spicy dishes, salads, fish, chicken or anti pasti. $18 per bottle.

Rosé 2009 – Made from early harvested merlot and shiraz grapes this wine is bright in appearance with lifted aromas of strawberry and raspberry. The palate is medium weight having ripe redcurrent and berry flavours. A great summertime wine. $18 per bottle. Sold out. Unfortunately our vines yielded no red wine grapes in 2011because of the poor growing season so were unable to produce a rosé. Hopefully we will have another in 2012.

Merlot 2007 - This wine was aged in a combination of French and American oak barrels for 18 months prior to bottling. The nose is dominated by aromas of plum and chocolate. A medium bodied wine with soft and subtle tannins and hints of olive and cedar on the palate.

Suit red meats, pork, roast chicken, sausages and pasta. 13% alc/vol. $20 per bottle.

A lighter style wine for drinking now but will remain in current condition until at least 2014.

Merlot 2008 - A strong flavoured wine with middle brick red hues. Exhibits olive and lifted coconut on the nose. Has middle weight intensity and a lengthy palate of cherry and red current. Nice and dry on the palate with soft tannins, moderate acid and good grip, finishing with a tight layer of roasted chestnut and cedar. Suitable for cellaring until 2016. 13% alc/vol. $23 per bottle.

Will partner well with grilled or roasted red meats or pasta with a strong sauce.

Released June 2011.

Shiraz 2006 – Deep, dense red colour. Exhibits aromas of  white pepper and spice. Dark plum and cloves are expressed on the palate. This wine has good length and a clean finish. The fruit flavours are accentuated by decanting or allowing time to beathe before consumption. 13.5% alc/vol.

May be confidently cellared under the right conditions until 2015. $23 per bottle.
