Sauvignon Blanc 2009 – Bright lime tinged colour. Grapefruit and limes dominate the nose with a hint of apple. The palate is zesty with lemon peel characters. The wine has good length with lingering apple and pear characters. Will match well with spicy dishes, salads, fish, chicken or anti pasti. $18 per bottle.

Rosé 2009 – Made from early harvested merlot and shiraz grapes this wine is bright in appearance with lifted aromas of strawberry and raspberry. The palate is medium weight having ripe redcurrent and berry flavours. A great summertime wine. $16 per bottle.
Merlot 2006 – A medium bodied wine which has a rich, red colour. Vanilla, cedar and a hint of mint are evident on the nose. The palate experiences dark plums and spice. This wine has a fine tannin and acid structure with potential to age. Suit lamb, veal, pork,
game and gourmet sausages. Cellar 5-8 years. May go longer.
$25 per bottle. Gold medal.
Shiraz 2006 – Deep, dense red colour. Exhibits aromas of white pepper and spice. Dark plum and cloves are expressed on the palate. This wine has good length and a clean finish. The fruit flavours are accentuated by decanting or allowing time to beathe before consumption. May be confidently cellared under the right conditions until 2015.
