Welcome to Bluestone Acres Vineyard web site.

Bluestone Acres is a small, family owned and operated Yarra Valley vineyard which produces high quality sauvignon blanc, merlot and shiraz wine grapes. Winemaker Paul Evans turns these grapes into top quality wines which express the individual characteristics of the vineyard and are produced for enjoyment with food.

Our new 2008 rosé was the top scoring rosé at the 2008 Yarra Valley Wine Show and our other wines also scored well.

The vineyard is run using environmentally sustainable viticulture practices. The use of chemical sprays is kept to the bare minimum required to avoid crop damage from fungal diseases. Pesticides are not used at all. The vines are watered from rainfall only and even during vineyard establishment irrigation was used sparingly.

All of our wines are made solely from grapes grown on the property.
